Colouring-In Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The competition is being run by is Cassidy Psychology, 10/7 The Esplanade, Mount Pleasant WA 6153 (“Owner”).
  2. Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions.
  3. Entry is open to current clients of Cassidy Psychology and their immediate families.
  4. This Promotion commences 09.00am 1st March 2017 and closes 5:30pm (AWST) Thursday 13th April 2017 at 5.30pm.
  5. The major prize for the under 12 group consists of one $20 Smiggle Voucher. The major prize for the over 12 year group consists of one $20 iTunes voucher.
  6. Entrants will be divided into two (2) Age Categories: 0-12 years; 12+ years Each Age Category will be judged based on creativity and artistic merit. Age will be taken into consideration.
  7. To enter, entrants must complete either of the 2 colouring pages provided. The entrant’s must supply their name and contact phone number on a separate piece of paper with a corresponding number to maintain confidentiality. Multiple entries are permitted.
  8. Entries must be handed into the reception desk at Cassidy Psychology.
  9. Winner selection will be conducted by the Owner on Friday 14th April 2017.
  10. The winners will be notified by email by 5:30pm (AEST) on Monday 17th April 2017. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners’ first name will be posted on our Facebook page and within the office.
  11. Prizes will be available for collection at the office from Tuesday 18th April 2017.
  12. This prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prizes shall be the sole responsibility of the corresponding prize winners.
  13. The Owner is not responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries or human error which may occur in the processing of entries in this promotion.
  14. The Owner shall not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting a prize, except liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  15. The Owner reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of age and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, age and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Owner. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
  16. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Owner who may publish or cause to be published any of the entries received.
